Account & Login Help

If you are having trouble signing in, resetting your password, verifying your account, or accessing your profile, contact Support and include the email address associated with your SOVALO account.

Notifications

If notifications are not appearing as expected, check your notification settings inside the SOVALO app and your device notification permissions. If the issue continues, contact Support.

Reporting & Blocking

Members can report inappropriate content or behavior and block other members from within SOVALO. Reports are reviewed in accordance with our Community Promise and platform policies.

Account Deletion

You may request account deletion from within the SOVALO app. If you are unable to access your account, contact Support for assistance.
